
AGENT ACCESS TO NIC STATUS - PARTNER NETWORK
To view your Agent Access to NIC Status, click on the Network link and expand the Invitation Status filter and the Contact Level filter.
Agent Access to NIC Statuses:

Unsubscribed: Agents who are not subscribed and do not have access to NIC

Pending: Agents that have been invited but have not completed the subscription process

Subscribed: Agents who have access to the NIC Agent App

NOTE: To invite an Agent to subscribe to NIC, the Agent must have a valid email address on NIC.

AGENT ACCESS TO NIC: AGENT PROFILE
The individual Agent's access status will also appear on the Agent profile.

Agent Access to NIC Statuses:

Invite: the Agent is not subscribed to NIC (this would be the equivalent to the unsubscribed status)

Pending: Agents that have been invited but have not completed the subscription process
-
Chat: the Agent is subscribed to NIC

INVITING UNSUBSCRIBED AGENTS TO NIC

Click on the Network link
-
From the Network filters, expand the Invitation Status filter and select Unsubscribed

Expand the Contact Level filter and select Advisor
-
Select the Agent you would like to invite by checking off the box beside their name
-
Click Send Invite

AGENT INVITE EMAIL
Each Agent will receive an email from NIC. The email is automatically generated and sent to the Agent.

The email will contain the senders name as well as the Distributor logo.
​
The Agent will click on the link in the email and be automatically redirected to a subscription process.
